How to Delete Your Zenlake Account and Data
If you want to delete your Zenlake account and all related data, please follow the steps below:
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Log in to your Zenlake account.
- Go to Account Settings → Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm account deletion.
If you cannot delete your account directly from the app or website, you can send an email request to: kontakt@zenlake.pl.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your user account
- Messages, posts, and comments
- Profile information
Data Deletion Timeline
All your data will be permanently removed within 90 days of your request.
Important Notes
- Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
- Ensure you back up any information you want to keep before submitting a deletion request.
