Zenlake.pl Terms of Use
1. General Provisions
Zenlake.pl (the “Service”) is a social platform enabling users to exchange information, post announcements, and participate in chats and discussion forums.

Using the Service signifies acceptance of these Terms of Use.
2. Registration and User Account
Registration is voluntary; however, certain features require an account.
Users must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the security of their login and password.
Accounts may be suspended or deleted for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
3. Rules of Service Use
Users must use the Service legally and respectfully. Prohibited activities include:
- posting offensive, vulgar, racist, pornographic content or content violating the rights of third parties,
- spamming or advertising products/services without consent,
- impersonating other users.
The administrator may remove content that violates these Terms and block accounts if necessary.
4. Community Chat and Forums
The Community Chat is a public chat room for registered users. Users may post messages, upload files, and participate in discussions.
Posting content that violates copyright, personal rights, or these Terms is prohibited.
The administrator reserves the right to remove inappropriate messages and suspend users who violate the rules.
5. Copyright and Content Protection
All content on the Service (text, graphics, images, videos) is the property of the authors or the Service, unless stated otherwise.
Copying, publishing, or distributing content without permission is prohibited.
The Service may employ measures to prevent copying or downloading (e.g., blocking text selection or right-click).
6. Privacy Policy and Personal Data
The Service processes personal data according to applicable law, including the EU GDPR. Data is used solely to provide Service features, manage chats and forums, and send notifications.

7. Liability
The administrator is not responsible for user-posted content or for damages arising from improper use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
The administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes will be posted on the Service’s website and take effect immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes arising from the Service will be resolved in Polish courts.
